 Your day will be filled with fun exercises and song, supported by 'hands on' Alexander Technique advice on improved. tension free posture and effortless singing.

Throughout the day you will be supported by Singing Teacher Rachel Belringer and Alexander Technique Teacher Kay Cady.

  • Experience how you engage your whole body and Mind to truly fee your natural voice
  • Release tensions and rid yourself of physical and mental habits that are blocking your pprogress.
  • Practise active rest to realign the spine and reenergise
  • Discover ho to interpret and integrate current singing techniques with less effort

I was looking for some way to help manage my lower back problems without relying on pain relief medication. I have found my one-to-one AT sessions extremely helpful and have learnt to identify and avoid postures and actions that contribute to back pain. I now know how to relax and properly rest my back and neck. In my experience, AT is a whole body technique which can help one to be more self-aware and to understand how to move with less tension and consequently, with less effort. Hurray for AT!
