Come and meet other new mums and babies in a supportive, nurturing environment. This 6 week course will give you the tools to:

  • Help you find comfortable positions for feeding
  • Discover how to push your buggy for long periods without causing pain
  • Guidance to help you cope with fatigue.

These and other real life examples will allow you to look after yourself while you look after your baby.
