Onetime session

Bodymapping helps you understand how your body works to allow you to use it in the best way possible.

Each month we will look at the details of a different area of your body and how the way you use it affects the whole of you. Moving with ease also involves paying attention to your mental state: stress will make you tighten up and this causes you to have poorer balance and to move less efficiently. This 1 hour group workshop will show you how you move in a freer way, and give you a useful way of managing stress and unhelpful muscular tension.
