Jill Payne has run AT courses at Claridge House for many years and the feedback from participants is always excellent. They also enjoy the delicious vegetarian food and the convivial atmosphere of the house. Many visitors have been returning to Claridge House for decades to enjoy it's calm, healing ambience. Rooms are single occupancy, with a price reduction for couples sharing double rooms. Some rooms are on the ground floor, with two rooms designed for wheelchair access. You are cordially invited to sample the weekend, and the House, for yourself.

I was looking for some way to help manage my lower back problems without relying on pain relief medication. I have found my one-to-one AT sessions extremely helpful and have learnt to identify and avoid postures and actions that contribute to back pain. I now know how to relax and properly rest my back and neck. In my experience, AT is a whole body technique which can help one to be more self-aware and to understand how to move with less tension and consequently, with less effort. Hurray for AT!
