This is a general introduction to the Alexander Technique and how it would help you. Mostly seated, it uses explanation, simple activities and demonstration to clarify the benefits and applications of the Technique. It allows you to make an informed decision about taking your interest further.
All participants are entitled to a half price taster lesson at a later date so bring your diary!

St. George's Church Hall, very close to Beckenham Junction station and tram stop, is next to the police office on Albemarle Rd. Motorists please note there is no right turn into Albemarle Rd from the High Street. 

If walking from the station or tram stop, go to the end of Rectory Rd, cross over at the traffic lights into Albemarle Rd. You pass an estate agent on the corner, a Bathroom Shop, Breeze Yoga, and the police office is on the far end of the block. St. George's Hall is the next gateway on the left.
