The Therapy Rooms can be found at Seasons Natural Health shop on George Street in Bath.  The shop is very close to Gay Street, and Milsom Street in the city centre and is approximately a 15 minute walk from the bus and train station, and within 3-5 minutes walk from the Newbridge and the Lansdowne Park & Ride bus stops.  Please let me know if you need more specific directions.

How do I add my picture to my Profile?

Navigate to your Personal Details page (For Members->My Account->Personal Details) go to the User Image field and upload your picture.  It should be a head-and-neck or head-and-shoulders portrait.

The maximum size is 2MB and the picture will be shown as a square. It's best to create a square picture on your local computer and upload that, so you know what you are going to get. Otherwise the website will adapt you picture to make it square, typically by cropping it.

Does the policy cover any accidents or incidents that take place prior to the commencement of the lesson - such as a trip or fall on the step upon entering the teachers house?

Accidents involving negligence on the part of the teacher will be covered under the Civil Liability policy. Injury sustained as a result of a defect with the property being used at the time should be picked up under the relevant household policy.

If, for example, the carpet on the stairs within a teacher's house were loose and a student fell and injured themselves, then this should be picked up under the teacher's household insurance.

I was looking for some way to help manage my lower back problems without relying on pain relief medication. I have found my one-to-one AT sessions extremely helpful and have learnt to identify and avoid postures and actions that contribute to back pain. I now know how to relax and properly rest my back and neck. In my experience, AT is a whole body technique which can help one to be more self-aware and to understand how to move with less tension and consequently, with less effort. Hurray for AT!
